This important role as a Sr. Business Process Analyst delivers the organization’s first layer of operational insight by validating business solution intake requests, confirming business requirements, and identifying the true triggering event. Through structured problem identification, the SBPA uncovers process gaps, determines needed controls, and documents associated risks. This ensures every initiative begins with clear requirements, accurate classification, and a solid foundation for a strong, evidence‑based business case.

To be successful in this role you must possess:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience — Business, Operations, Information Systems, Process Design, or similar practices.
  • Several years of hands‑on operational analysis — business solutions intake management, process evaluation, workflow mapping, or business operations oversight.
  • Communication clarity — Translating ambiguous business partner requests into precise operational language.
  • Critical thinking — Asking the right questions to uncover the real issue.
  • Adaptability — Handling shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
  • Diplomacy — Guiding partners toward clarity and understanding.

 

The ideal candidate would also have experience in:

  • Industry knowledge — Understanding of the organization’s regulatory environment, operational model, and business systems.
  • Platform and system fluency — Ability to navigate intake tools, workflow platforms, case management systems, and reporting dashboards

Hiring Range: $95,000 - $128,000
