This important role will protect Virginia Housing’s security in properties in the multifamily portfolio through the effective financial and physical oversight of the properties and their operations.  It promotes the availability of quality, affordable housing through the effective monitoring of the properties and their management. The successful candidate will support a portfolio of properties within the state of Virginia.

To be successful in this role you must possess:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Several years of experience in portfolio and/or relationship management
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, multifamily real estate, and property management practices
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• A valid driver’s license

The ideal candidate would also have experience in:

      Industry certifications such as CAM or CPM

This position will report to our Innsbrook office in Glen Allen, VA.  Up to 75% travel is required.

Hiring Range: $95,000 – $128,000 

A background and motor vehicle check will be performed as a condition of employment.

A Conflict-of-Interest Act Disclosure form and Secondary Employment Disclosure form will need to be completed as a condition of employment.
