As a key member of the Homeownership Division’s Servicing Administration Department, the Senior Document Control Specialist manages all single-family loan files and closing documents. This role oversees the processing of new closed loan packages, original notes, and original recorded documents, including scanning legal files into the eDocs system for document retention. In addition to managing special, time-sensitive projects, the Specialist will mentor team members on department functions, handle escalated inquiries, and provide administrative support in the absence of the Records Supervisor.

Hiring Range: $40,000 - $54,500
