Overview

Join Virginia Housing and help make a difference as a Rental Housing Servicing Manager.

This important role plans and manages loan servicing and financial subsidy services for the rental portfolio, focusing on financial oversight and risk management. It also oversees the day-to-day operations of our loan servicing operations with efficiency and data accuracy. The Manager collaborates on policies for delinquent loan mitigation, ensuring alignment with Virginia Housing's strategic goals, and is responsible for developing and executing the strategy for the multi-billion-dollar rental servicing portfolio.

To be successful in this role you must possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional/technical experience is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in loan servicing is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate should have several years of management experience in mid-level commercial mortgage loan servicing, finance, or commercial real estate.
  • Experience with affordable housing programs, federal subsidy programs, and/or commercial real estate lending is also preferred.
  • Previous management experience is highly desired.

Hiring Range: $109,000 - 147,500
