Program Officer

This important role will assist with the administration of the Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP). The role will facilitate the timely and accurate dissemination of information specific to program waitlists, and deliver system support to participating agencies, consumers, and other external partners.

To be successful in this role you must possess:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• A few years’ experience performing in an administrative or program coordinator role.
• An understanding of the importance of affordable housing for low-income households.
• Demonstrated ability to use critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate would also have experience in:

• Elite software database, or a comparable software database.
• the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
• Data management and analysis.

Hiring Range: $61,074 – $79,395
