This important role will support the executive team by handling key administrative tasks such as typing, filing, taking meeting minutes, scheduling, research and working on special projects. The intern will deal with a diverse group of important contacts at all levels of the organization.  A high degree of confidentiality and discretion are key to the success of this role. 

This is a paid internship that will begin July 2025 and run through June 30, 2026. We gladly accept undergraduate students, graduate students, trade school students, individuals exiting the military, military spouses, and career-transitioning professionals.

To be successful in this role you must possess:

• Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination for executive team.
• Assists in preparing PowerPoint presentations for meetings and meeting notes.
• Order office supplies and maintain an adequate supply of frequently used supplies and keep inventory count of stock.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down collateral for meetings.
• Track and follow-up on action items from meetings.
• Drafts written responses or replies by e-mail when necessary.
• Works independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.

Interns can work up to 20 hours per week. During the Summer months (June – August) interns can work up to 40 hours per week.
