Executive Intern

This important role will support the executive team by handling key administrative tasks such as typing, filing, taking meeting minutes, scheduling, research and working on special projects. The intern will deal with a diverse group of important contacts at all levels of the organization.  A high degree of confidentiality and discretion are key to the success of this role. 

This is a year-round internship that will begin August 2025 and run through June 30, 2026. We gladly accept undergraduate students, graduate students, trade school students, individuals exiting the military, military spouses, and career-transitioning professionals.

To be successful in this role you must possess:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent vocational/technical training.
• Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination for the executive team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional demeanor, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative.

Interns can work up to 20 hours per week. During the Summer months (June – August) interns can work up to 40 hours per week.
