Audio Visual Technician

This important role will be responsible for providing the day-to-day management of the audio/video equipment, conference, and huddle rooms to ensure quality and timely installation and support of digital audio/video systems. The position encompasses A/V installations, project management, research and evaluation of new products and technologies, training, and in-house and customer support responsibilities. Ability to interface and effectively communicate with all levels within the organization, which could include, C-suite, external vendors, internal associates, and external community partners.

To be successful in this role you must possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related area required, or equivalent work experience
• Strong customer service and organizational skills
• Several years of related experience in support and troubleshooting of videoconferencing and A/V technologies and networks.
• Strong knowledge of Polycom, VOIP and legacy videoconferencing systems required
• Knowledge and familiarity with the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of projectors and fully integrated WebEx conference rooms

The ideal candidate would also have experience in:

• Strong knowledge of video collaboration tools. i.e. WebEx, Teams, Zoom is plus.
• Working knowledge of videoconferencing standards.
• Crestron Digital Media
• Video Conferencing: Polycom, Cisco
• Audio Conferencing: Biamp, ClearOne
• Displays by Samsung, LG, NEC

Hiring Range: $61,074 - $79,395
